Terms of use
Draft, needs legal review. These are the working rules of an account, written plainly. The contract terms a lawyer adds are not here yet.
Terms of use
- Your account is yours alone. Do not share a PIN or work under someone else's sign-in: every record carries the name of the account that made it.
- Record what happened. A tick says you did the thing; a note says what you found. A record cannot be removed once made, so a mistake is corrected by a new entry that says so.
- Use the app for the hotel's work. Guest information you see here is for doing that work and nothing else.
- Your management company gives and removes access, and may read everything recorded at its hotels.
- Tell your manager at once if you think someone else has used your account or your device is lost.
Still to be written by a lawyer: who the contract is between, liability, availability, the law that governs it, and how these terms change.
